The hotel is conveniently located right off Highway 75 in Valdosta, GA, making it easily accessible and close to restaurants. The rooms are clean and well-appointed, although a bit on the small side. The staff did eventually acknowledge our Marriott Rewards membership, but there seemed to be a shortage of personnel during our stay.
The hotel was clean and practical, offering a quiet stay with an excellent nightly rate. However, there were water stains on the ceiling, rust in the bathtub, and a ripped curtain. The staff was quick to get us checked in, but there was little evident hands-on leadership. The location was easy to find right off Highway 75, with practical facilities. The dining experience was above average, with hot, fresh food. The pool area was not tended to from the night prior to the next morning.
